What We're Looking For

You must live in Logan Square
Our clients are your neighbors. We only hire sitters who live in or immediately adjacent to Logan Square (19103/19130). This is non-negotiable - our whole model depends on being local.

Genuine love for caregiving
Whether it's walking dogs on the Parkway, reading bedtime stories, or sharing lunch with a senior, you should genuinely enjoy taking care of people and animals.

Trustworthy and reliable
Our clients give us keys to their homes. When we say we'll be there, we're there. Background check and references required.

Great communicator
Photo updates, text check-ins, and clear communication with families are core to how we work.
Why Join Our Team
Frequent job invitations
Once you're on the team, you'll receive regular invitations for new care opportunities from families in your neighborhood. Work as much or as little as you want.
No marketing or self-promotion
Forget about building a profile on Care.com, hustling for reviews on Rover, or posting ads on Nextdoor. We handle all the advertising, customer acquisition, and scheduling. You just show up and do what you're great at.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
- Prior caregiving, babysitting, or pet care experience
- Clean background check
- Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends a plus)
- References from families, clients, or employers
