How Booking Works
Send a Request
Pick the service and the time that works for you. First-time clients start with a free meet-and-greet.
Lily Confirms
She replies within 4 hours to confirm the time and settle the details. Nothing is booked or charged before that.
We Show Up
On the day of service, we arrive on time, handle everything, and send you photo updates throughout.
Booking Policies
Cancellation
Cancel with 24 hours notice for a full refund. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the booked rate. No-shows are charged in full.
Payment
Nothing is charged when you send a request. Payment is collected through Square once Lily confirms the visit. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
First Visit
All new clients receive a complimentary meet-and-greet before their first paid service. This is non-negotiable - we want to make sure we're the right fit for your family.
Keys & Access
We'll arrange key/fob exchange during your meet-and-greet. For buildings with front desk staff, we can be added to your guest list. Keys are stored securely and returned upon request.
